What about Fireworks Buttons II Kit?
On the total 21 buttons the"RV" ones are 3 only and they are included in the package because in some projects a "texture style " is better.
Every button is made by 2 states:
Normal
Rollover
All the graphics are included in a .png source of Fireworks software.
With the vector format you can modify all the buttons and produce new ones based on the original ones.
